Ticket Types
All tickets include access to the playing hall (free seating). Capacity is limited, so entry and re-entry depend on available space, and at busy times you may need to wait briefly. Student tickets and passes require a valid student ID at the entrance.

Playing hall rules
To keep the playing hall quiet and fair for everyone, we ask all spectators to follow these rules:
Food and drinks: Food and drinks are not allowed in the playing hall.
Phones: All phones and electronic devices must be switched off before you enter.
Photography and filming: Photography and filming are not allowed during the games. The only exceptions are the first 10 minutes of standard games and the first 3 minutes of rapid and blitz games. During these windows, photography/filming has to be conducted in silence without disturbing the players. Flash photography is not permitted. Separate rules apply to tie-break games, depending on the time control.
Bags: Only small bags are allowed, and bags may be subject to a security check at the entrance.
Silence: Please stay silent at all times while the games are in progress.
